How do I store my products?

Lyophilized research compounds should be stored at -20°C and will last for approximately 2+ years.Reconstituted research compounds should be stored at around 4°C and will last around 4 weeks.We do not recommend freezing reconstituted vials as the peptide will begin to degrade.

The products do not need to be shipped in ice as lyophilized compounds are stable at room temperature up to a few weeks. They can tolerate room temperature during shipping.

We follow a no refund policy, but offer damage protection per order. If your product arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the damage and we will send out a replacement.
